AL QURAISH (THE TRIBE OF QURAISH)

Allah – beginning with the name of – the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
| AYAT | TRANSLATION |

| 1 | لِإِيلَافِ قُرَيْشٍ |
| Because of giving alliances to the Quraish. | |
| 2 | إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ وَالصَّيْفِ |
| (We) gave them alliances during both their travels of winter and summer. | |
| 3 | فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَٰذَا الْبَيْتِ |
| So they must worship the Lord of this House. (The Ka’aba) | |
| 4 | الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍ |
| The One Who gave them food in hunger, and bestowed them safety from a great fear. | |
